IMPORTANT: Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Zenvo Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection and use of your information as described herein.
1. Background and Scope of Application
Zenvo ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") provides global banking and payment infrastructure engineered to facilitate cross-border collections, foreign exchange (FX) conversions, wallet management, multi-currency corporate accounts, and automated payout solutions. This Privacy Policy outlines our strict frameworks for collecting, protecting, processing, and retaining data across our operational Jurisdictions (including but not limited to the United Kingdom, United States of America, European Union, Canada, Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, and Mauritius).
This policy applies to all system interactions executed by our primary user roles (Business Admins, Finance Managers, Operations Managers, Internal Treasury Reviewers) as well as our secondary end-user personas (Freelancers, Retail Remittance Senders, and cross-border Small Business Owners).
2. Categories of Information Collected
To uphold stringent compliance rules and facilitate complex clearing layers, Zenvo aggregates personal and corporate data from direct inputs, system integrations, and multi-party validation networks.
2.1 Corporate and Business Entities (KYB Requirements)
- Corporate Directives: Legal entity name, incorporation number, regulatory industry classification, country of registration, and certified corporate tax identifiers.
- Operational Frameworks: Verified proof of physical business address, articles of association, operating license parameters, and shareholding hierarchies.
- Stakeholder Identity: Mandatory identity disclosures for Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), active corporate directors, and designated Business Admins.
2.2 Individual Users and Beneficial Owners (KYC Requirements)
- Biometric Metadata: Facial recognition data, biometric validation assets, and live liveness verification videos compiled during platform registration panels.
- Government Identifiers: High-resolution secure uploads of international passports, national identification cards, or designated corridor-specific driving credentials.
- Demographic Mapping: Full legal name, date of birth, localized physical address, valid telephone extensions, and electronic mail coordinates.
2.3 Financial Transactional and Core Treasury Data
- Multi-Currency Ledger Status: Real-time records of active, pending, and reserved balances mapped distinctly across localized corporate multi-currency wallets.

3. Methods of Processing and Technical Utilization
Zenvo processes your data under rigorous authorization controls to ensure platform safety and zero-friction international execution layers. Information is utilized for the following core activities:
- Provision of Infrastructure: Provision of core multi-currency architecture, corporate onboarding processing, and secure transaction PIN parameters.
- Risk Evaluation and Compliance: Real-time automated transaction monitoring, compliance screening against global sanction matrices, anti-money laundering (AML) detection flags, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) workflows.
- Treasury Operations: Automated bulk payout execution, real-time rate blotter indexing, and systemic liquidity coordination across multi-currency nostro accounts.
- Operational Enhancements: Granular internal audit logging, role-based access security enforcement, and structured escalation management loops.
4. Regulated Disclosures and Collaborative Sharing
Zenvo does not participate in any commercial user data monetization models. Data is strictly shared under the following conditions:
- Validation Services: To certified verification networks for real-time KYC, KYB, AML screening, and immediate bank account token validation.
- Clearing Networks: To correspondent banks, localized payout service channels, offshore clearing structures, and international IMTO partners.
- Statutory Enforcement: To apex central banks and sovereign financial intelligence agencies across operational corridors when legally required or mandated under anti-fraud system thresholds.
5. Infrastructure Security and System Safeguards
Our security architecture ensures comprehensive protection protocols across every operating layer:
- Data Encryption: Complete high-grade cryptographic protection for all data blocks at rest and during transit using transport security layer protocols.
- Access Verification: Rigid Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, single sign-on (SSO) safeguards, and absolute role-based token separation.
- Redundancy Controls: Multi-region secure system fallbacks, real-time alerting nodes, and instant transaction fallback route capabilities to maintain structural resilience.
6. Data Retention and Deletion Architecture
We maintain account histories and user records under global financial standards. Personal and corporate metadata is structurally preserved for a minimum period of seven (7) years following the termination of the active user agreement or account closure, as dictated by multi-jurisdictional financial compliance statutes. Once the mandatory statutory retention lifecycle concludes, data is purged via high-security erasure methodologies or permanently anonymized.
7. User Prerogatives and Statutory Rights
Users maintain clear statutory rights regarding their personal datasets, accessible directly via our platform dashboard panel:
- Right to Rectification: Execute Customer Information Update (CIU) workflows or request immediate document updates for old files.
- Right to Portability: Export certified ledger state summaries, full historical transaction records, and account statement summaries in universally readable structural data types.
- Right to Control: Define customized role-based transaction controls and manage profile boundaries for sub-users or employees.
8. Governance and Amendments
Zenvo reserves the right to amend this policy periodically to account for new product updates, corridor additions, or shifting regulatory frameworks. The latest policy text will be distributed transparently to active accounts via automated in-app portals or email notices.
